EU Social Forum : A key event for the future of work in Europe
The European Employment and Social Rights Forum, organized for the third consecutive time at The EGG Brussels, brought together experts, decision-makers, and civil society actors to discuss crucial issues regarding employment and social rights in Europe.

A framework for discussions on social rights and employment
With its plenary session of over 600 people, three Break-Out rooms, and networking space, the Forum was designed to foster in-depth discussions on the social issues facing the European Union. The discussions covered a wide range of topics, such as the energy transition, social inclusion, the digitalization of the economy, and competitiveness in the labor market. It was a unique opportunity for participants to share innovative ideas and collaborate on practical solutions, both at the national and European levels.

Interactive sessions and high-level interventions
The Forum featured interventions from international leaders, employment experts, and civil society representatives, who shared their knowledge and expertise. In addition to panel discussions, interactive sessions allowed participants to engage directly with the speakers and share their perspectives on public policies and the reforms needed in the field of employment and social rights. Among the distinguished guests, Ryan Roslansky, CEO of LinkedIn, and Chuck Robbins, CEO of Cisco, provided unique insights into the evolving labor market in the digital world. These interventions highlighted the importance of technology and connectivity in transforming the global employment sector.
